In a rapidly changing world, where competition to access the desired job positions is increasingly fierce, Artémat – in collaboration with a2a, Accenture, Barilla Group, Brembo SpA, Decathlon, Deloitte, EY, FINCANTIERI, Chegeka, General and NTT DATA – presents University Talent Challenge: an innovative digital “career format” conceived and designed for undergraduates and recent graduates of the faculties of Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science and Physics.

What is University Talent Challenge?

This is a digital gamification contest, a unique format that promotes the meeting between young talents and important partner companies that operate on the national and international market. The goal is to catapult participants into a structured assessment process, allowing them to compare themselves with the best candidates in Italy and to immediately show how much they are worth in the world of work.

Who can participate?

The project is aimed at graduates in the thesis phase and/or 4 exams away from graduation, as well as recent master's graduates within the last 6 months and under the age of 29. It is an extraordinary opportunity to familiarize yourself with new selection tools increasingly used by companies and to prepare for future interviews.

How does it work?

The process is divided into three distinct phases:

1) Skillgame, an online multidisciplinary test to highlight specific skills and abilities.

2) Video Interview & Role Playing, where candidates will be assessed on the basis of their soft skills and will be tested in simulated work situations.

3) Business Game Online, a challenging and competitive experience in which participants, divided into teams, will manage a virtual company.

When and where?

All phases of the University Talent Challenge are taking place online, breaking down geographical barriers and allowing participation to anyone who meets the requirements and is eager to put their talent to the test. The platform is already accessible for registrations and the selections will begin shortly.
